Delivery policy
- We offer same day delivery at both stores. Monday – Friday orders need to be placed by 12 and Saturday deliveries to be placed by 10am. If you order outside of these hours please just give us a call as we may still be able to fulfill your order that day.
- If the incorrect delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur an extra fee.
- Delivery charges are additional to the product and depending on the suburb area, prices will be seen at checkout.
- If you have any special requests, please add this to the notes section or call us directly on 3868 1051 (Brisbane) or 5572 6674 (Gold Coast) to discuss.
- We cannot guarantee an exact time for a delivery, you may however request a morning or afternoon delivery and our courier will do their very best to fulfill this.
- If a recipient is not home our courier will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, if they are unable to do this it will be sent back to the store with a collection being advised or a re-delivery fee will be charged.
